When he is not on the cricket pitch, Morgan Young is in the swimming pool and this morning he was competing in the Dwarf Sports Association National Games in Walsall, West Midlands.

Morgan, who is a member of Maidenhead Marlins, had an outstanding morning, with him achieving Gold and a PB in 25m Freestyle (21.19), Gold in 25 Butterfly, 50m Backstroke and 50m Breaststroke, but the most special award that Morgan was desperate to achieve was the Margaret Scott Award.

The Margaret Scott Award is awarded to the individual who has the closest 25m Freestyle time to Ellie Simmonds based on age. There were 13 swimmers competiting for this award, and Morgan was the winner.
